1. Requirements and DFM: We analyse your cover design to ensure it can be manufactured, suggesting optimisations to reduce tooling costs and improve durability.
2. Tooling and sampling: We offer in-house mould design and CNC machining. We provide T0 samples for validation purposes.
3. Mass production: High-volume production in a controlled, automated environment.
4. Finishing and delivery: Application of required finishes, assembly if needed and secure packaging for shipment.
